What is Hypnosis?

HYPNOSIS is very powerful and extraordinary and has been around for centuries, when used in combination with therapy it can have an amazing effect helping people with specific problems or difficulties.

So, what is HYPNOSIS? Hypnosis is an altered state of the conscious mind that we experience many times during the day but are not aware of. For example we are in this state just before falling asleep or soon after awakening, perhaps driving a car and immersing yourself deeply in thought only to realise that you have arrived at your intended destination.

During hypnosis the mind is alert yet in a relaxed calm state making it easy to accept positive suggestions. You are fully aware what is happening around you and also you are in control. Some people mistake hypnotherapy with stage hypnosis and feel afraid of losing control but my hypnosis is used purely for therapy purposes to help people if they want to solve problems and change their pattern of behaviour.

Hypnotherapy helps us to communicate with the subconscious which often holds the key as to why we behave or feel a certain way. By accessing the subconscious during hypnosis the source of the problem can be identified and the mind  re-programmed to stop it wasting time by thinking in a negative way, replacing those harmful thoughts with something helpful and positive. You might compare this to an electronic expert clearing a problematic computer, removing a virus and making sure the system runs smoothly again, complete and in balance. This therapy allows you to make that move into a more fulfilled and satisfying life.

Using Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy with the Austin Technique, with success rate of over 90% you can expect the very best professional and permanent solutions to your concerns.

What is Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy with the Austin Technique?

Surely all hypnotherapy is the same and you can expect similar results? No, there is a big difference, an easy way to compare the methods could be using the example of telephone technology. First mobile phones were very basic, brick like shapes but you could use them to call people, now today’s mobile phones are much more advanced, like computers with internet cameras and all sorts of personal additions, the advantage is a smaller handset with the ability to text and a quicker and more audible connection plus many useful extras.

There is your answer to why Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy is so different and successful. I am using the latest up to date proven techniques, not only this but the therapy is much shorter. For a fixed fee you will need only 3-5 sessions to achieve the result. The STOP SMOKING THERAPY takes just one hour with a complimentary back up session should you feel tempted some Months later. You are therefore not only saving time but also money because you do not have to keep returning as some therapists require you to. I repeat, this is a fixed fee and you will need a maximum of 5 weekly sessions, very often after just three sessions the therapy is complete. I do not analyse you I go straight to the problem, remove it and get out, clear and simple tactics.

The advanced structured technique includes a new concept using regression to identify the cause of the problem. Others use suggestion only which is often merely a temporary solution, leaving the problem to return. You can have a good therapist but if they are using poor techniques, the results will not be as successful and you could well need repeat visits over time.
